Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days of receiving your order; most delays occur when orders are received on days that the store
is closed. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will call/email you and issue you a refund.

*****Because we are such a small store, sales will be FINAL unless an error has occured on our part, i.e, defective item, wrong size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most domestic orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Standard Mail. Our shipping rates are as follows:
1-4 items - $5
5-9 items - $10
10-15 items - $15
16+ - $25
*Note: Please be aware these are BASE shipping estimates. The heavier the package, the more it costs to ship.
